TENNESSEE RISK MANAGEMENT TRUST
NGU, SEC, and TNRMT will combine to sponsor a unique training opportunity for our member school systems superintendents and their administrative staff. The training event, titled ‘Litigation Trends: Protecting Students, Staff, and Your District’, will be led by two veteran attorneys who have a plethora of Tennessee school system and other public entity defense experience. Chuck Purcell and Chris Hayden of Purcell, Sellers, & Craig will outline techniques to mitigate your district’s risk in the realm of employment law.
Hosted at three sites across Tennessee, we hope you’ll be able to attend this valuable training event. Lunch will be provided, and attendees will receive CEO credit.
