In an effort to provide our membership with streamlined schedule management, NGU Risk Management (NGU) is pleased to announce our new Member and Agent Portal. As a member of TNRMT, you can utilize this new portal to manage your Property, Vehicle, and Mobile Equipment schedules. You’ll also be able to print schedule reports, including Auto ID Cards.
The portal is live and ready for the renewal process. Please ensure that your schedules are accurate in the portal to ensure a smooth renewal process.
As of this writing, over 80% of our membership is accessing the portal for the renewal process and general schedule maintenance. The feedback we’ve received from the membership is highly positive as the portal is very convenient and very easy to use.
To gain access to the portal, please go to http://www.ngutn.com and complete the ‘NGU Portal Access’ form (direct link: http://www.ngutn.com/ngu-portal-access/). Once reviewed, you’ll receive an email with login credentials and further instructions. Alternatively, you can contact Kyle Greenup at 615.822.5454 or kgreenup@ngutn.com for portal access.

Special Note:
As you are aware, TNRMT appraises your buildings. Unless you have made major renovations or additions, please adjust only the contents and equipment values based on your GASB 34 inventory report. For Mobile Equipment, items valued under $25,000 can be totaled into one lump amount.
