The Tennessee Risk Management Trust (TNRMT) is excited to once again be offering its Members an opportunity for a big safety win. Last year, we received a tremendous response from our Members following the introduction of the grant program. We were excited to receive so many entries. In 2018 TNRMT provided more than $60,000 in the form of safety grants to our Members and expect to award that amount or more in 2019.
Now that we have seen the positive effects from last year’s response, we want to feed off that excitement and energy to establish new and creative ideas. We encourage last year’s participants as well as new participants alike to look at your environment and determine if it can be made safer and if this grant could help. We want to support you in that endeavor by being a financial partner in your cause. Here at TNRMT, we love safety, we love people, and the mere thought that we can give a little back to prevent even one injury is worth every penny.
Please remember we invite all Members, large and small, to participate. The better the idea the greater the chance of an award. We want creativity! Safety has the tendency to become stale. Fresh ideas and creative minds prevent this from occurring. Lives are affected every day from attention to the “little things”. Link safety and health to everything, every day.
