A native of Johnson County, TN, Dr. Simcox is the Director of Schools for Johnson County. Dr. Simcox represents District 1 on the Board.
Dr. Simcox received her Bachelor of Science Degree from East Tennessee State University in 1999 and her Masters of Education from Milligan College. In 2011, Dr. Simcox earned her Educational Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from East Tennessee State University.
