Masie Greenup has a love for helping others. And as a claim representative for TNRMT, she uses that love to focus on helping students athletes who have been injured. She’s also an expert when it comes to addressing concerns and quickly finding solutions.
“I want to be remembered as someone who is trustworthy and dependable,” said Masie, who developed her love of helping others while working with special needs students in high school. “I also like knowing that I’ve made a positive difference and helped bring a smile to those around me.”
Masie enjoys time with “her boys”, which include her husband, her baby son, and her two step sons. Sometimes a friend, often a peackeeper, and always available, Masie finds and keeps a balance in a home of all boys.
She’s also passionate about learning and growing her skill set so she can continue to further her career at the Trust. Masie recently earned her AIC and AINS, two very important designations in the claims industry. Also worth noting is that working in the insurance industry runs in her family. Her parents have been the business for more than 30 years, and her brother and sister work in the industry as well.

Whether it’s fishing, four-wheeling, canoeing (ask her who does the paddling), or camping, she pretty much loves doing anything outside. She’s also pretty serious when it comes to her love of classic rock.
