With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Dawn Wiles began her career as a file clerk and quickly worked her way up the ladder to become a claims adjustor and ultimately a supervisor. Now TNRMT’s WC Supervisor, Dawn uses her experience to streamline claims operations while ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
“I’ve always enjoyed working with clients as an adjuster. In my supervisory role however, I very much enjoy overseeing operations, knowing that I’m not only helping my adjusters, but all of our member schools too,” said Dawn, who joined the Trust in 2003.
Originally from the Mid-West, Dawn earned her associate’s degree in office administration from Nashville State Community College. And when she’s not in the office, you can find her spending time with her family and friends.
