On August 10th, the Tennessee Risk Management Trust will switch from our current online reporting system to a new and improved online reporting system. We have worked with our claims management software vendors to build a new custom online reporting system that will offer several benefits over the current system. Those benefits include:

Our new online reporting method is inherently more secure
Every online report is now sent directly into our claims management system
We can now assign an adjuster to a claim faster than ever, improving our level of service to our members
Your submission will generate a confirming email back to you
The new online reporting system promotes a much higher level of compatibility with the new reporting guidelines outlined in the new Workers’ Compensation laws, effective July 1st, 2015.

To take advantage of the new reporting system, you will need to meet the following system requirements:

Use Internet Explorer version 10 or higher
Install Microsoft Silverlight
You may need to contact your IT department to ensure you have access to Internet Explorer 10 or higher and that you have Microsoft Silverlight installed on your computer.
