Laura came to the Trust in 2018 as Senior Claims Representative after long time employee Kay Hager retired in May. Laura has been a claims adjuster for over 16 years and has quite the knack for seeing the small details of a claim that can make all the difference as a claim plays out. She’s known for conveying various aspects of Workers’ Compensation laws accurately, while still balancing the best interest of the employer and employee.
Since Laura came to TNRMT, we’ve all noticed how organized she is in her duties and how helpful she is to the rest of the staff. She’s a wealth of knowledge in her field and brings serious investigative skills to the table. Laura enjoys claims that are “outside the norm” and that’s great because we do see many of those!
Her outgoing, caring, and passionate personality steers her toward volunteer work with Meals on Wheels, the TSSAA, and the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. When Laura is not volunteering, she’s with her family and friends, possibly traveling or watching sports.
