Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Katrice brings enthusiasm and curiosity to everything she does. Her interest in the field of risk management was sparked by the variety it offers, no two days are the same, and there’s always something new to learn.
Her professional journey began as a Dental Receptionist, where she learned the value of maintaining an organized schedule and delivering excellent customer service. After gaining valuable experience in several roles leveling up her professional skills, she joined a Fortune 500 retailer’s Risk Management Department, starting as a Claims Assistant and working her way up to Claims Representative. When a friend mentioned an opportunity with TNRMT, she knew it was the perfect next step.
Now part of the TNRMT team, she’s most excited about the opportunity for growth and the chance to develop new skills while contributing to a mission-driven organization.
Outside of work, she enjoys walking trails and spending quality time with her family, who keep her grounded and inspired.
