TNRMT Trustees

Tennessee Risk Management Trust is governed by a nine member board of trustees. Each Trustee is chosen to represent one of the nine districts in Tennessee. Any Trust member may submit the name of a representative to the nominating committee to become a candidate for a position on the Trust Board. Trustees are elected for three year terms by the members in their respective district. The districts are shown on the map below (click the map for a larger version).

The Risk Management Trust is governed by a nine member Board of Trustees. Currently, the trustees are:

Mark Farley is chairman of the Trust. A member of the White County Board of Education and former chairman of the Tennessee Legislative Network, Farley is Director of Finance for White County. He serves District 5 on the Board of Trustees.

 
 

Billy Joe Evans is superintendent of Fayetteville City Schools. He is secretary of the Tennessee Organization of School Superintendents and President of the legislative Council of the Tennessee Secondary School Athletics Association.  He serves District 4 on the Board of Trustees.

Larry Griffin is the Mayor of Crockett County.  He represents District 9 on the Board of Trustees.

 
 

David Jones is a founding member of the Trust.  He is past president of the Tennessee School Boards Association and Chairman of the Hancock County Board of Education. He is a Level V School Board Member.  He serves District 2 on the Board of Trustees.

Frank Lacey is vice chairman of the McNairy County Board of Education and a former City of Adamsville Commissioner. He serves District 7 on the Board of Trustees.

 
 

Dawn Robinson is president of the Tennessee School Boards Association and a member of the Cleveland City Board of Education. She is a Level V School Board Member.  She serves District 3 on the Board of Trustees.

Joe Treece has been a member of the Wayne County Board of Education for 28 years including twelve years in his current position as board chairman. He serves District 6 on the Board of Trustees.
